Popped Lotus Seeds combine the goodness of a nut with the crunch of popcorn, making a healthy snack that is fun, tasty and nutritious.
This flavour is made by roasting and popping lotus seeds (also known as foxnuts or makhana), and flavouring with ghee, known for its good fatty acids and vitamins, with Himalayan pink salt. A classic flavour combination, inspired by my mothers’ recipe for popped lotus seed snacks.
Each of our serving (17 gms.) consists of approximately 50 crunchy pops, is less than 81 calories, is a source of protein, is vegetarian and gluten free
